Multiview Lightsheet Microscope with Heating chamber and photomanipulation
DESCRIPTION
This is a Multiview Lightsheet Microscope, that has 2 orthogonal recording cameras and two illumination sides. The system can a heating chamber, allowing live cell and tissue imaging over extended times. The microscope is also equipped with a photomanipulation unit that allows to bleach or photoswitch light-sensitive molecules. Also, a pulsed laser for micro-cutting is included.
